Micki Long – CEO/Director of Production
is a 20+ year event pro. Before hanging out her own shingle, Micki booked all the talent and ran production operations for the State Fair of VA. She developed innovative programs for the fair including the first national tour for pro skater Tony Hawk. Micki then went on to produce all events for Cox Radio, Inc. over a 5 year period. She was responsible for all aspects of production and ran the department. In all the years with the company, not one event lost money…a great accomplishment in a tough business.

Mike Murphy – Managing Partner/Marketing
was in radio management for over 25 years. His marketing, management and multi-format experience has made him an invaluable resource when marketing festivals, creating front and back-end promotions and creating organic buzz about the festivals. Mike has produced concerts in Boston, Providence, Baltimore and Richmond. Highlights include the HFStival in the DC area and Y101’s Birthday Bash in Richmond.

Vivian Oswald – Vendor Coordinator
has a vast event background both in and out Richmond. Working with such local staples as Innsbrook after Hours, Cinco De Mayo Festival and others to national festivals like Bonaroo, Langerado and Jam Cruise. Vivian is responsible for developing, executing and maintaining all media promotions and relations.
